- Rise by 5am on weekdays
- Establish a morning routine:
- Complete Professional Certification through Coursera
- Gain more public speaking opportunities
- Establish a healthy mental self talk
- Talk nicely to myself in my mind. Build myself up, be gentle and appreciate my mind. Be my own mental cheerleader.
- Trade doubt for knowingness
- Be kind to others; control my tongue; if I have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all. Send mental love to anyone I engage with.
- Replace raising my voice to speaking with love. Participate in only good vibes conversations / interactions.
- Workout any anger or frustrations. Don't discuss or give any energy to negative emotions, just journal and workout HARD.
- Establish an evening routine:
- Consume only positive content (my fave positive content app)
- Watch The Secret at least once a week. (free here)
- Practice celibacy
- No 🌳🚭, No liquor, wine only on the weekend (2 glass max)
- No meat. I'll do fish though. 🚫🐓🐖🐄. Here's one reason why. And here's another reason. Going down a rabbit hole here.
